PDF GUIDE

Turn images into a practical PDF document

Converting JPG images to PDF is useful for combining scanned pages, receipts, forms, photographs or notes into a document that is easier to share or print. A PDF can keep pages together, but it does not automatically make an image searchable or improve a blurry scan. Start with clear, correctly oriented images and review the result before sending it.

How to use JPG to PDF

  1. Select the JPG images you want to include. Check filenames and page order before converting.
  2. Arrange the images in the sequence you want readers to see them, if the tool offers ordering controls.
  3. Run the conversion and wait for the completion message. Large images may take longer depending on device memory.
  4. Download the PDF and open it to check orientation, page count, margins and legibility before sharing.

Tips and common mistakes

Rotate phone photos before converting if the page is sideways. Crop out empty desk space where appropriate, but do not crop away signatures, dates or other important information. Very high-resolution photos can create large PDFs; compressing the images first may help, though too much compression can make small print unreadable. If the document must meet a formal filing requirement, check the receiving organization's rules for file size, dimensions, color and naming. A normal image-to-PDF conversion embeds the picture on a page; it does not perform optical character recognition (OCR), so text may not be selectable.

How conversion works

The tool places each selected image onto a PDF page and packages those pages into one downloadable file. The PDF page is a container for the image, so clarity depends largely on the source image and how it is scaled. Page dimensions and output size can vary with the image dimensions and conversion settings.

Privacy

Your selected images are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to a Kitlune application server. The page may download a PDF-processing library from a third-party resource host; that provider receives a request for the library, not the selected image content from this tool. Use a trusted device for sensitive documents.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine several JPGs?

Yes, select multiple images if supported and check their order in the resulting PDF.

Will text in the image be searchable?

No, not by conversion alone. Searchable text requires OCR, which is a different process.

Why is the PDF large?

High-resolution images contain more data; resize or compress copies if the destination has a size limit.

Can I change page order?

Use the available ordering controls before conversion, then verify the final PDF.

Are the images uploaded?

The tool is designed to process the selected files locally in your browser.
